Description

UV disinfection system ROKL (ROKL00DBK1 / ROKL00DBK2) for the CAREL reverse osmosis water treatment system WTS Large.
 

The component guarantees maximum hygiene by an UV sanitising lamp that is installed upstream of the humidifier. The lamp emits UV light on the flow of supply water, helping to eliminate any biological contaminants that may be present, such as bacteria, viruses, mould, spores and yeast.

 

Maximum flow-rate 680 / 1360 l/h.

• ROKL00DBK1 for WTS ROL-160 / 320 / 460 / 600, max. 680 l/h.
• ROKL00DBK2 for WTS ROL-1000 / 1200, max. 1360 l/h.


Installation principle

The UV disinfection unit is installed on the supply water line downstream of the reverse osmosis unit and upstream of the humidifier. The water passes through the UV chamber, where UV light reduces biological contaminants before the water is supplied to the humidification system.
