Adiabatic humidifiers

Adiabatic humidification, sometimes also called cold water humidification, atomizes the water into extremely small droplet-free water particles, so-called aerosols, which create a water mist and quickly evaporate in the space to be humidified. The method also adds cooling to the humidified space and thus has additional advantages.

In combination with a water treatment system (WTS) that eliminates contaminants such as lime and minerals in the water, a high level of hygiene and simpler operation can be achieved by reducing the need for periodic maintenance. Adiabatic humidification also does not use heating, which provides energy savings of up to 90% lower than with steam humidification.

CAREL humidifiers cover most needs for both residential and commercial environments and are available in versions for both direct and room distribution as well as for duct distribution via ventilation systems.
